As an example of our skilled staff, consider our sawyer. A truly skilled sawyer is very rare in our industry today. Turning logs into lumber has become somewhat of a lost art. Most of the knowledge, skills and craftsmanship that are unique to this trade can only be truly learned through years of hands-on instruction. Much of this old-fashioned "know-how" seems to have been lost between the pages of the high-tech instruction manuals.

It takes a very special person to be able to teach, as well as learn this unique and highly-skilled craft. Hardwood Products is blessed to have the best of both in Wes Gahman. His experience and dedication are definitely one of the major keys to our continued success.
